At Ice and Fire we do as much as possible to try and make you holiday as smooth and easy as possible. Here we have put together a list of the most common questions and answers, but if you are still unsure of anything then please don't hesitate to get in contact. Do you provide flights and transport to resort?

Flights and transfers aren't included in your holiday to give you the flexibility to book the travel options which suit you best. On the pages on this site you will find flight and transfer information to help you reserve this but please get in touch if you have any questions.

Do you cater for vegetarians, food allergies and other specialist food requirements?
Do you have set check in and check out times?
Are lift passes, ski hire and ski school included?
Will there be snow?
Can you tell me who I will be sharing my chalet with?
