House Wines

Le Canal blanc – Look for creamy, buttery notes from the Chardonnay grape, along with flavours of pears and eve grapefruit from the Vermentino. It is fresh and quaffable enough to make a great aperitif, yet it has enough body, rich-ness, and poise to work well with quite a wide range of different dishes but goes very well with white sauces, fish, and poultry.

Le Canal rouge – Flavours of red and dark fruit, spice, and black pepper. It really does feel like you are gulping down a mouthful of southern sunshine. Great with anything from the grill- lamb and other, and other red meats, a Round and fresh on the palate, packed with fruit, fruit and more fruit.

Ice and Fire are also pleased to announce to all you rose lovers, we have added a rose to our wine list, this is available on request of our guests who enjoy a glass of rose instead of a red or white.

Le Canal Rose – Really dry and fresh but with crisp, subtle flavours of red fruits. Perfect as an aperitif or would go well with various fish dishes and even lighter curries. The producers recommend cold meats, summer salads and white meats.

We hope you enjoy them all
